This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and AR Cam and governs use of this app made available through the App Store.
By installing the AR Cam, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content.
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the AR Cam.
In order to ensure AR Cam provides the best experience possible for everyone, we strongly enforce a no tolerance policy for objectionable content.
AR Cam may collect and use information about your usage of the AR Cam, including certain types of information from and about your device.
AR Cam may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to measure the use and performance of the AR Cam.
The app is free to download and use but some in-app items will require payment. Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring.
The Subscription section is for AR Cam business. If you choose the free Service, then AR Cam may deliver third-party advertisements ("Advertisements") within the content. If you choose the subscription service, then AR Cam will not deliver any advertisements within the content.
We have the right to install certificates and future updates at any time without any notice. You acknowledge that from time to time AR Cam may apply updates to the Services and that such updates may result in changes in the appearance and/or functionality of the Services (including the addition, modification, or removal of functionality, features, or content).
Excluding the addition of wholly new products, AR Cam shall provide, implement, configure, install, support, and maintain at its own cost any and all updates, upgrades, enhancements, improvements, releases, corrections, bug fixes, patches, and modifications to the Services.
You acknowledge that the Services interoperate with several Supported Platforms, and that the Services provided are highly dependent on the availability of such Supported Platforms. If at any time any Supported Platforms cease to make their programs available to AR Cam on reasonable terms, AR Cam may cease to provide such features to you without entitling you to refund, credit, or other compensation.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
AR Cam disclaims all warranties about the AR Cam to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent any warranty exists under law that cannot be disclaimed, AR Cam shall be solely responsible for such warranty.
AR Cam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AR Cam for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may only use AR Cam on Apple devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
AR Cam does provide minimal maintenance or support for it but not to the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law, AR Cam shall be obligated to furnish any such maintenance or support.
